What materials are the products made of?

  • We use a variety of materials for our exclusive fashion jewellery. It ranges from plated alloy metals, acrylic, fabric, enamel, glass etc. The stones we use are non- precious or synthetic.
  • Please Note: Actual product may marginally differ from the product image due to photography lighting and equipment. We at Ikasiya try our best to offer information and visuals that are truest to the actual piece.

How do I take care of my purchases from Ikasiya?

  • Do not expose your jewellery to water or any form of moisture—moisture leads to tarnish.
  • Never allow your fashion jewellery to come in contact with harsh chemicals, oils, nor spray perfumes directly on them.
  • Fasten your bracelet and necklace clasps before storing to prevent tangling.
  • Store in a plastic bag or an airtight container.
  • Clean with a dry cloth every now and then to wipe off body sweat and oils from the surface.

How do I make a payment?

  • We accept Master Card, Visa Credit, Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of net banking, Cash on Delivery, Google Pay and Paytm

Can I cancel an order?

  • Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially anytime before it has been shipped. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.

Do you deliver out of India?

  • At present, we deliver only within India.


Shipping & Returns

What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

  • Three attempts will be made to deliver the product, post that the product will return to its origin until the customer gives further instructions.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

What are the shipping charges and are there any additional charges?

  • We offer shipping on all orders. We levy Rs. 50 as additional charges over and above the product price.

What are the shipping charges and/ or are there any additional charges?

  • We charge Flat Rs. 50 as delivery charges.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

  • We endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible.
  • Depending upon the location, it takes 3-4 Days for the delivery of a product. 

Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

  • Our logistics partners will give you a call before they arrive at your delivery address. 

I’d like to return something I bought. What’s the procedure?

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your product we are happy to accept returns for the product within 30 Days.

  • We do not offer returns on sale products.
